Life can easily become a grind. Due to many reasons if you have to live alone & play the role by own with you child, how would it be?????

Banana bouncer:
Banana increases the production of serotonin.

Ingredients-
1 well mashed banana
1 large cup cold milk
1/4 cup orange juice
sugar syrup to taste

Directions-
Blend well in a mixer. Serve in a long stemmed glass garnished with a banana slice & whipped cream.

Tomato crush:
Tomato helps in the production of serotonin.
Ingredients-
1Kg of cold tomatoes
A few sprigs of coriander & mint leaves
Black salt & pepper
Sugar

Directions-
Blend all ingredients in a blender with iced water. Press through a strainer.Add salt, pepper & sugar to taste. Serve over crushed ice.

Most women seem to suffer from petty insecurities when it comes to appearances. When we look into the mirror we don't see our reflection the way other people see us.Isn't it?
